🚆 Getting to Darmstadt

Darmstadt is well-connected by public transport and easy to reach from major German cities.
There is a direct connection from Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) to Darmstadt by train or bus.

As travel conditions in Germany can be affected by occasional airport or rail disruptions, we recommend planning a small buffer.

The darmstadtium conference center is centrally located and easy to reach on foot or by public transport.

🎒 Cloakroom & Luggage

A cloakroom will be available for coats and small bags.
Suitcases can also be stored if you’re checking out of your hotel before the conference day.

Free on-site childcare for children aged 6 months and older will be available during the conference.
Registration is free and required — you can register your child when buying a ticket.

🍽️ Food & Drinks

Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided each day.
Vegetarian / vegan and lactose and gluten-free options will be available.

📶 Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi access will be available throughout the venue.
